Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dinxdesign.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the return shipping address:

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will also provide a return shipping label (where applicable) along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
