We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with delivery times varying by location. During checkout, you can enter your address to see specific shipping options and estimated delivery dates for your region. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted global and regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping speed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. You can also log into your Dinx design account to view the latest status of your order.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items with different availability dates, they may be shipped separately. You will only be charged the standard shipping fee for the entire order, and you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at Customer@verseflower.com. Changes may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
8. Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., recipient not available, incorrect address, or refusal of package), the carrier will typically leave a notice with further instructions. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take great care in packing your items securely, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
